For this wellness practice we are focusing on relaxation. A morning swim and hanging out in the sauna with a face mask are the ways we are going to explore relaxation. Do not forget your water bottle, pool clothing, towel, inflatable chair, and a friend. All of our activities are 18 years of age and up due to liability. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. The pool will be rented exclusively for wellness practice participants. It's a pool party for adults to relax.
